About ForeCell Solitaire

Four occupied cells and eight open columns turn a familiar deal into a tighter puzzle.

Play with your favorite card artwork and the same familiar controls as our other games. Your progress saves automatically in this browser. Try a new shuffle or the daily deal whenever you like.

How to play ForeCell

  1. Eight columns start with six face-up cards each. All four cells start occupied.
  2. Build down in alternating colors and build four foundations up from Ace to King in suit.
  3. Each cell holds one card. Only Kings or valid King-led runs can fill empty columns.
  4. Group moves are limited to one more card than the number of empty cells. King-only empty columns do not increase this capacity.
  5. Move all 52 cards to the foundations to win.

Tips for winning

Free a cell early so you have somewhere to park a blocking card.

Frequently asked questions

Can every deal be won?

No. Deals are shuffled and are not guaranteed to be solvable. Hints show available moves, not a promise of a winning solution.

Can I undo a move?

Yes. Use Undo to explore another route before the game ends. Foundation cards and removed cards stay in place unless you undo; they cannot be moved back manually in this version.

How does the daily challenge work?

The daily challenge uses a shared seeded deal for this game and date. Your regular game and daily progress are stored separately in your browser.
