Play Pyramid Solitaire Online for Free

Pyramid Solitaire is a fast and fun matching card game. Clear the pyramid by pairing cards that add up to 13, working from the stock pile. No signup needed — play instantly in your browser.

The goal is to remove all 52 cards by matching pairs that sum to 13. Cards in the pyramid must be uncovered (not overlapped by cards below them) before you can use them. Kings (value 13) can be removed alone.

How to Play Pyramid Solitaire

• The pyramid: 28 cards arranged in 7 rows. Row 1 (top) has 1 card; row 7 (bottom) has 7 cards. A card is available when neither of the two cards below it remain in the pyramid.
• Card values: A=1, 2–10 = face value, J=11, Q=12, K=13.
• Pairing: Click one available pyramid card, then click another available card (or the waste pile top) that together sum to 13. Both cards are removed. Kings are removed with a single click.
• Stock and waste: Click the stock pile to draw one card to the waste pile. You can pair the waste top with any available pyramid card.
• Recycling: When the stock is empty, you can recycle the waste pile back into the stock. By default recycling is unlimited; you can limit it to 3 or 1 recycles in Settings.

Scoring

• Each card removed: +5 points
• Each pair removed: +10 points total
• King removed alone: +5 points

Tips & Strategy

• Focus on uncovering the upper rows of the pyramid first — this opens up more available cards.
• Kings block columns until you remove them; clear Kings as soon as they are available.
• Don't draw from the stock unless you need to — cards already visible may pair with each other.
• Use the Hint button to find a valid pair when you feel stuck.
• Watch the waste pile — you can always pair the top waste card with a pyramid card.
