- Choose your widget. Pick the starting draw, table color, maximum width, and height in the generator above.
- Copy the HTML. The code includes the iframe and a short credit line. You do not need an API key or JavaScript snippet.
- Paste into an HTML block. Use a Custom HTML block in WordPress, an HTML/embed block in your website builder, or the source of your own page. Your editor must allow iframes.
- Preview and publish. Check the game at desktop and mobile widths. A frame at least 320 pixels wide and 640 pixels tall is a good starting point.

Is the solitaire widget free to embed?
Yes. You can embed this hosted Klondike game on your blog, community website, or game portal for free. There is no subscription, API key, or account to create. Please keep the small Solitaire Online credit visible.
Can I embed solitaire in WordPress?
Yes, if your WordPress site allows iframe HTML. Add a Custom HTML block, paste the generated code, and preview the published page. Some hosted plans, editor roles, or security plugins remove iframes; if that happens, check your site’s embed permissions.
Does the widget work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Its width follows the available space on your page, and players can drag cards with a finger or tap available foundation cards. We recommend a content area at least 320 pixels wide and a height of 640 pixels; choose a taller frame if your layout allows it.
Are there ads or tracking scripts inside the widget?
The embedded game contains no ads, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. It may store the current game locally in the visitor’s browser. Loading the iframe still sends ordinary web requests to our hosting service. This landing page and the full website use the privacy settings described in our privacy policy.
Will players keep their progress?
The widget saves the current hand, move count, score, and play time when the browser permits local storage. Browsers may block or partition storage in third-party iframes, so saved games are not guaranteed to carry across websites, devices, or private browsing sessions.
Can I choose a different color or Draw 3?
Yes. Choose Classic green, Midnight blue, or Burgundy and a Draw 1 or Draw 3 starting mode in the generator. You can also select the maximum width and frame height. The preview updates before you copy the code.
What should I do if the embedded game is blank?
Check that your editor kept the iframe code and that your site allows frames from https://solitaire-online.com. A Content Security Policy can block external frames; your site administrator may need to allow this domain in frame-src. The game also needs JavaScript enabled inside its iframe.
Can I host the widget files myself or remove the branding?
This page provides permission to use the hosted iframe with its credit intact. It does not grant a license to redistribute the game files or offer a white-label version. Contact us if you need a different arrangement.
