A free tile-matching puzzle with a different way to connect. Play instantly in your browser, on your phone, tablet or computer.
Unlike Mahjong Solitaire, this game has no stacked tiles or free-side rule. This edition uses identical numbered, wind and dragon tiles; it does not use flower or season groups.
Cozy has 48 tiles in six columns, ideal for a phone or a short break. Classic has 80 tiles in ten columns. Wide has 120 tiles in twelve columns for a longer puzzle. Use Larger tiles and scroll if you prefer a bigger view.
Hint highlights a legal pair and draws its path. Undo reverses a match or shuffle. Shuffle rearranges the remaining faces without filling empty spaces and creates a solvable board. Restart returns to the original deal. Hints show a legal move, not necessarily a winning choice. Autoplay plays visible pairs one at a time; stop it anytime or select a tile to take over. The artwork menu switches between classic Mahjong tiles and playing cards while keeping your current board.
Two tiles on an outer edge may connect around the board, even with other tiles between them. Look beyond straight lines.
Clearing a pair in the middle can create a route for several other matches. Look at which empty spaces a move will join.
If you see several copies of a symbol, check the alternative pairs before choosing. A different match may leave more routes open.
Follow the gold line and count its corners. You will start spotting one-turn and two-turn paths more easily.
Select two identical tiles that can be joined by a horizontal and vertical path with no more than two turns. The path cannot cross other tiles, but it can travel around the outside of the board. Clear all tiles to win.
Connect uses a flat grid and a connecting-path rule. Mahjong Solitaire uses stacked layouts and requires uncovered tiles with a free side. In Connect, a tile does not need a free left or right side if a legal path reaches its match.
No. The timer records your playing time, but there is no countdown. Take your time, pause, or come back to a saved game.
Every new deal and shuffle is built with a complete solution. Later choices can leave you without a legal pair. Use undo to try a different move, or shuffle the remaining tiles into a solvable arrangement.
Your board, undo history and playing time save automatically in this browser when local storage is available. Return on the same device and browser to continue. Clearing browser data removes the save.
